High Neck Velvet Dress with Gathers

NYE vibes ✨ This stretch velvet dress is ready to hit the dance floor. Chic, classy, and comfy – the perfect party combo.

For this project, you will need a pattern block or a sloper that fits you already. If you don't have one, or would like to learn how to make one, sign up for a workshop here.

Essentially, a block and a sloper are used to refer to the same set of patterns (except the block has seam allowance added and the sloper does not):

  • bodice front & back

  • skirt front & back

  • sleeve

  • pant front

  • pant back
